TeliaSonera Selects SupportSoft

TeliaSonera selected SupportSoft to be its strategic software vendor for end-to-end broadband service automation, from installation to ongoing support and value-added services. Specifically, SupportSoft's Service Automation Suite was selected to enhance and extend ongoing support for TeliaSonera broadband customers. SupportSoft's SmartAccess software determines if a customer's computing system qualifies for a broadband connection and then automates the installation process. Finally, SupportSoft's Knowledge Center Suite personalizes the service and support process. TeliaSonera, which currently has over 450,000 broadband subscribers, is the leading telecommunication group in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
