Verizon Comments on Flat Rate Pricing Trend

Verizon began offering unlimited, direct-dialed local, regional and domestic long-distance service to small businesses in New York and Massachusetts for $38 per month, plus local line charges. The new plan also qualifies customers for significant discounts on toll-free, DSL and Verizon Wireless services.
