deltathree Receives Acquisition Bid for its SIP-based Network

deltathree, a provider of Internet telephony services, received an acquisition bid from D3 Acquisition to purchase all of the outstanding shares of deltathree not held by Atarey Hasharon Chevra Lepituach Vehashkaot Benadlan Ltd. and its affiliates for a price of $0.70 per share in cash. D3 Acquisition is a wholly owned special purpose acquisition corporation formed by Atarey.
