His presentation covers the high-speed data challenges for co-packaged optics, and the critical materials needed for next-gen data centers, including polymer waveguides, low-loss dialectic materials, index management materials, thermal management materials, etc. Dr. Joo obtained his PhD.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT.
