MRV Announces Leadership Changes

MRV Communications announced a set of management changes, including the appointment of Kenneth Traub as Chairman of the Board and Robert as Vice Chairman. The company has also reached separation & transition agreements with Chris King, MRV’s interim CEO and CFO, and Blima Tuller, MRV’s VP, Finance.
