Cisco Declares Quarterly Dividend

Cisco declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per common share to be paid on October 26, 2011, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 6, 2011. Cisco's Board of Directors approved the initiation of quarterly cash dividends to its shareholders in March 2011.
