NTT Boosts Transpacific Network to 500 Gbps

NTT Communications' Global IP Network has reached 500 Gbps of capacity on its transpacific network.


After reaching 400 Gbps of capacity in late 2010, the growth of NTT Communications' transpacific network suffered setbacks as a result of the Japanese earthquake in March 2011. The company said its network was able to quickly rebound as a result of concerted and dedicated efforts from the company's skilled engineers. http://www.ntt.co.jp
