Telstra has acquired iVision, a provider of video conferencing and collaboration services based in Richmond, Victoria, Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed.
iVision provides integration of corporate Unified Communications systems, as well as managed and hosted services.
Telstra said the deal boosts its capability and expertise across multiple video conferencing products and platforms, enabling it to rapidly design and rollout video conferencing solutions for its customers.
