Eurofiber Selects Infinera

Eurofiber, which operates an extensive fiber network across The Netherlands and Belgium, will deploy an end-to-end Infinera Digital Optical Network for its backbone. Financial terms were not disclosed.



Eurofiber estimates that more than 25% of all Internet traffic and 50% of all mobile communication traffic in The Netherlands is transported over its network.



The Infinera DTN, powered by photonic integrated circuits, is designed to deliver up to 160 wavelengths of DWDM line-side capacity throughout the network. http://www.infinera.com http://www.eurofiber.com
