BBC: Pensioner Cuts Off Armenia's Internet

A 75-year old woman in Georgia who was scavenging for copper scraps cut a fiber cable thereby serving international connectivity for all three wholesale Internet providers in Armenia -- ArmenTel, FiberNet Communication and GNC-Alfa, according to the BBC.
