Cisco Intends to Issue Dividend

Cisco announced plans to issue a dividend during the current fiscal year ending July 30, 2011. Specifics were not disclosed. Cisco said it intends to provide shareholders with "a guaranteed dividend yield to complement Cisco's long term growth opportunity."http://www.cisco.com
