Zayo Acquires AGL Networks for Fiber in GA, AZ, NC

Zayo Group will acquire AGL Networks, which provides bandwidth infrastructure services primarily in Georgia, Arizona, and North Carolina. AGL's network consists of more than 795 route miles and 182,000 fiber miles. Financial terms were not disclosed.
