Telstra Activates its 100th ADSL2+ exchange in Tasmania

Telstra has upgraded its 100th telephone exchange in Tasmania to ADSL2+, extending the ADSL2+ coverage footprint to 88 percent of Tasmanian homes and businesses. The network offers downlink speeds of up to 20 Mbps depending on the customer's distance from the nearest exchange.
