Charter's Bankruptcy Case Advances in Court

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York has indicated that it intends to confirm Charter Communications' pre-arranged Joint Plan of Reorganization and issue a confirmation order within the next several weeks. Charter expects to emerge from Chapter 11 shortly thereafter.
