WSJ: U.S. Department of Justice Looks at Telecom Giants

The Wall Street Journal reported that the U.S. Department of Justice is conducting an initial review of major telecom operators to assess whether their dominant positions in wireline and wireless services is leading to market abuses. The DOJ has neither confirmed nor denied the report.
