Covad Names William R. Ferraiuolo to Head Wholesale Operations

Covad Communications has named William R. Ferraiuolo as General Manager for the Covad Wholesale division. Ferraiuolo comes to Covad from EMC2, where he worked for more than a decade and most recently served as Director of Global Business Operations.http://www.covad.com
