Worldmax, a competitive WiMAX operator in the Netherlands, is using Ceragon Networks' FibeAir IP solutions in its commercial WiMAX networks. Ceragon powers Worldmax's network with up to 400Mbps of traffic aggregation capacity.
Worldmax launched its new WiMAX network in June 2008 and currently offers high-end data services throughout the city of Amsterdam. The operator plans to eventually expand its independent wireless network and provide nationwide coverage.
