AT&T Offers Reward for Info in Copper Telephone-Cable Thefts

AT&T announced a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the thefts of AT&T copper telephone cables in West Virginia. AT&T said the steady rise in the price of copper has led some people to take extreme measures, including stealing copper cables from houses and telephone poles.
