Optimum Lightpath to Acquire New Jersey's 4Connections

Optimum Lightpath, a division of Cablevision Systems, has agreed to acquire e 4Connections LLC, which operates a fiber network connecting a significant part of New Jersey. Financial terms were not disclosed. Based in Parsippany, New Jersey, 4Connections provides first and last mile fiber capabilities to businesses.
