Covergence Appoints James M. Moran as CEO

Covergence, which supplies Session Border Control and Session Management solutions for the enterprise market, named James M. Moran as its president and chief executive officer. Moran previously was a co-founder and EVP, of Massachusetts-based edocs, a web-based service that was acquired by Siebel Systems in 2005.
