BroadLight Awarded Key GPON Patent

BroadLight was awarded U.S. patent number 7,370,127,

which enables high-speed interconnect communication in a GPON design. The patent describes internal bus architecture capable of providing high speed inter-connection and inter-communication between modules connected in an integrated circuit. The company said its concept enables non-blocking with virtually unlimited capacity of data traffic between peripherals and processing elements without the penalty of complex backend flow in SoC design.http://www.broadlight.com
