Microsoft to Acquire Danger for Mobile Devices

Microsoft agreed to acquire Danger Inc., a start-up offering mobile devices and software for the consumer market, for an undisclosed sum.


Danger is best known for its Sidekick device, which is marketed by T-Mobile. The company is based in Palo Alto, California.
