Pacific Crossing Appoints Former Asia Netcom Exec as CEO

Pacific Crossing, which provides undersea capacity between the United States and Japan,

is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Simpson as its new CEO. Simpson was recently chief operating officer of Asia Netcom, a position he had held since September 2006. He previously served as chief technology officer (CTO), chief information officer (CIO) and senior vice president with a focus on restructuring efforts at Asia Netcom and its predecessor Asia Global Crossing from 2001 to 2004.http://www.pc1.com
