Mobily, a mobile operator in Saudi Arabia, selected Huawei Technologies to construct its nationwide IP bearer network for voice and data services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Specifically, Mobily will deploy Huawei's core routers NetEngine 5000E ("NE5000E") and NetEngine 40E ("NE40E"), and network management systems iManager N2000 DMS and NSM, in its national network to support Mobily's NGN/3G service.
