Telstra Boosts Broadband to 30 Mbps in Sydney and Melbourne

Telstra announced BigPond Cable Extreme consumer broadband service at rates up to 30 Mbps in Sydney and Melbourne. The service is being rolled out in areas with more than 1.8 million homes and businesses across both cities. Telstra said consumer broadband service will be boosted to a maximum of 17 Mbps in other areas of its footprint.
