Amdocs Announces $400 Million Share Repurchase Plan

Amdocs' board of directors has authorized a share repurchase plan allowing the repurchase of up to $400 million of its outstanding ordinary shares in open market or privately negotiated transactions at times and prices considered appropriate by the company.
