QUALCOMM Signs FLO Chip Agreement with Korea's Telechips

QUALCOMM signed a royalty-free agreement that enables Telechips, a Korean semiconductor firm, to use QUALCOMM's patented technologies to design, manufacture and sell certain semiconductor chip products that implement FLO technology.



FLO is an air interface standard for mobile TV and a key component of the MediaFLO System.
