Infineon to Use ARM Processors for Mobile Platforms

Infineon Technologies AG has extended a license agreement with ARM to enable its low-cost, high-performance ARM processors to be used in next-generation handset platforms. The companies said the ARM processors will enable re-use of development processes, accelerated time-to-market and higher performance solutions for mobile phones.
