Verizon VoIP Powers Microsoft's Windows Live Call

Verizon Business is providing the VoIP capabilities behind Microsoft's Windows Live Call for Free service. Verizon Business' SIP Gateway Service enables Microsoft to offer packet-based telephony products and services to end-users. SIP Gateway accepts call traffic from retail VoIP telephony providers over Verizon Business' global IP backbone and terminates to the PSTN.
