Cingular Completes Two-Year $1.3 Billion Expansion in Los Angeles

Cingular Wireless invested almost $1.3 billion over the past two years to upgrade and expand service in greater Los Angeles. The local investment was part of the wireless company's estimated $6 billion national network capital expenditure program during 2006.
