AT&T's BusinessDirect Customer Portal Goes Mobile

AT&T has made its "BusinessDirect" customer portal available from any mobile device, providing its large enterprise and wholesale customers with "anytime, anywhere" maintenance and performance-monitoring information. Users are now able to access the portal's eMaintenance application allowing customers to request network maintenance and remotely monitor the network maintenance process from beginning to end.
