Aperto's WiMAX Deployed on Isle of Wight

Wight cable 2005 Ltd, the sole provider of telephone, broadband and cable TV services on the Isle of Wight, has launched broadband wireless services based on Aperto Networks' PacketMAX gear. PacketMAX is Aperto's dual fixed and Mobile WiMAX solution architecture based on the IEEE 802.16d-2004 and IEEE 802.16e-2005 WiMAX standards.
