Broadcom Wi-Fi Supports Skype

Broadcom has added support for Skype software to its Wi-Fi phone platform.



Buffalo is using the platform for a consumer device that can make calls at open Wi-Fi access points all over the world without being tied to a PC. The handset features include a high-resolution color display, speakerphone and Buffalo's AOSS easy configuration protocol. http://www.broadcom.com
