O2 Germany Chooses Spirent for GSM/UMTS & HSDPA Testing

O2 Germany has chosen SwissQual's "Diversity" platform to conduct GSM/UMTS & HSDPA wireless benchmarking. The Diversity platform allows network operators to continuously test the quality of service, as well as benchmark their network's performance against those of their competitors. Unlike other platforms, Diversity provides simultaneous, end-to-end testing for voice, data and video.



SwissQual, which was acquired by Spirent Communications in January of 2006.



Spirent said the contract marks a significant step in its growth in the wireless market.
