Japan's NTTPC Communications Deploys Lucent's DWDM

Japan's NTTPC Communications has deployed Lucent's Metropolis Wavelength Services Manager (WSM) in its Tokyo network. The Metropolis Wavelength Services Manager offers DWDM, coarse wavelength division multiplexing, and reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexer (ROADM) capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
