NTT Com to Launch MPLS-based VPN Service to Vietnam

NTT Communications and Vietnam's largest international telecom carrier, Vietnam Datacommunication Company (VDC), have agreed to provide MPLS-based Global IP-VPN services in Vietnam under the name of VPN/VNN-Arcstar. The two companies will start services in September.
