AMCC to Investigate Stock Option Practices

Applied Micro Circuits Corporation announced that its Audit Committee, which is comprised of independent directors, is reviewing the company's historical stock option grant practices and related accounting.



This company said its review is proactive and voluntary and was initiated in response to recently reported industry issues around option pricing practices.
