Samsung and MicroOptical Show Video Eyeware for 3G Video Services

At CeBIT, Samsung and MicroOptical have teamed up to showcase a pair of sunglasses that plays video. The AnyVu viewer, which was jointly developed by Samsung and MicroOptical, features built in video viewing and audio systems, significantly enhances the experience of watching mobile video. When plugged in a Samsung video-enabled phone, the device presents a large TV experience that mobile phones' little displays cannot match. The companies envision that the AnyVu viewer will enable many new mobile applications such as high quality mobile TV and interactive gaming.
