Eutelsat's HOT BIRD 7A Successfully Launched

Eutelsat Communications' HOT BIRD 7A broadcast satellite was launched aboard an Ariane 5 rocket. HOT BIRD 7A is equipped with 38 Ku-band transponders and will replace the first HOT BIRD satellite, which was launched in 1995.
