ZTE Lands Million-line ADSL2+ deal from China Telecom

ZTE announced a contract to provide almost one million lines of ADSL2+ equipment to China Telecom, the country's largest fixed line operator, for network upgrading and transformation. The award, which represents 30% of the total contract by China Telecom, follows three previous million-line ADSL orders secured in December 2003, August 2004 and March 2005 with the same operator. Financial terms were not disclosed.
