The flagship customer for Quova Media is Limelight Networks, which operates a content delivery network for digital media. Limelight is incorporating Quova's technology into its content delivery network to offer customers of its two services, Limelight Content Edge and Limelight MediaEdge Streaming, the precise geographic location of online users in order to comply with content rights restrictions.
Quova said its geolocation technology has already enabled viewers worldwide to watch Major League Baseball, the Tour de France and the World Track and Field Championships live on their personal computers.
