Convergys Lands Multi-year Contract Extension with DirecTV

Convergys, the major provider of customer care services to DIRECTV since it launched its digital television programming service 11 years ago, will continue to deliver and enhance its world-class customer service to DIRECTV's 15 million customers under a new, multiyear contract. Financial terms were not disclosed.
