Yankee Group Acquired by Alta Communications

The Yankee Group, a leading analyst firm focused on communications and networking technologies, has been acquired by Alta Communications, a private equity firm, and Emily Nagle Green from previous owner Decision Matrix Group, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.


Emily Nagle Green is a research industry executive who served most recently as CEO of Cambridge Energy Research Associates.
In a related move, longtime Yankee Group President and CEO Brian Adamik is stepping down after a transition period to pursue other opportunities.
