Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) selected JDSU's VoIP test and performance management service assurance solution.
SaskTel has chosen JDSU's NetComplete to improve service quality management processes by obtaining visibility of the end-customer voice experience throughout the entire lifecycle of a call. SaskTel will also be able to perform service-assurance functions, such as service monitoring, rapid fault isolation, and tier-two troubleshooting to effectively address the unique challenges of delivering carrier grade VoIP. NetComplete will help identify, isolate and overcome common QoS issues, such as poor call quality, dropped calls and slow dial-tone response.
