BellSouth launched a "Managed Home Service" technical support service in metro Atlanta on a trial basis. BellSouth trained technicians will work with customers over the phone or at their homes to complete a range of PC services, including software installation, MP3 player and digital camera set-up, as well as system repair and virus removal. Charges will vary according to the services performed.
