Viacom's MTV Networks Acquires IFILM

MTV Networks, a unit of Viacom, has acquired IFILM, one of the leading online video aggregator and distribution sites, for $49 million. IFILM has specialized in programming from Hollywood studios, amateur filmmakers, and user-generated content.
