General Bandwidth Appoints CFO

General Bandwidth named Jan E. Gaulding as its new chief financial officer reporting directly to Charles Vogt, General Bandwidth's president and CEO. Most recently, she was the chief financial officer of Sevin Rosen Funds, a venture capital firm with $1.6 billion under management and investments in over 70 portfolio companies. Prior to Sevin Rosen Funds, Gaulding served as the chief financial officer of ProNet Inc. for 14 years. http://www.genband.com
