AudioCodes Sees Revenue Rise 6% Sequentially

AudioCodes reported Q2 revenues of $28.5 million compared to $26.9 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 and $19.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2004. Second quarter revenues grew 6% sequentially and increased 49% compared to the second quarter of 2004. Net income for the second quarter of 2005 was $3.1 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, compared to net income of $839,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, for the corresponding period last year.
