Google Goes Offline Due to DNS Issue

Google went offline for approximately 15 minutes on Saturday due to a DNS issue. Traffic to Google was briefly directed to another site. Google serves an estimated 200 million searches per day and increasingly offers other online services, including its popular Gmail service.
