Nokia Announces Dividend, Stock Repurchase

Nokia's Board of Directors agreed to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.33 per share for 2004. The company's Board also confirmed its previously announced plan to repurchase Nokia shares under a up to a maximum of EUR 5 billion or so that a maximum of 443.2 million Nokia shares be repurchased.


In addition, the company announced that all the current members of the Nokia Board of Directors were re-elected.
